1st Farm: Pressley Farms (Owners: Kay & Steve Pressley)

Appr. 275 Acres +/- in Stoddard County, MO

Graded, wells and turbine. To be offered in 3 Tracts - Watch for signs.

Tract 1 = 78.42 Acres +/- Twn 26N Range 12E Sec 5: Farm is graded with one 12” well and turbine. Farm has excellent drainage.

Tract 2A = 8.8 Acres +/- Twn 27N Range 12E Sec 31: Approx. 75,000 bu. of grain storage. Located on blacktop NN.

Tract 2B = 98.2 Acres +/- Twn 27N Range 12E Sec 31: All graded with one 12” well with turbine, one electric submersible well with two risers, with underground pipe. Farm is on North side of NN.

10% of highest bid (non-refundable) due at conclusion of auction. Balance due on or before closing within 30 days. Closing will be handled by SEMO Title in Sikeston, MO. Closing costs will be divided equally between buyer and seller.

6% Buyer’s Premium will be added to last bid in order to establish selling price and is payable day of auction.
