AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: The heirs of Jones-Rigdon Farm Corp. have decided to sell their Arkansas farm land and have commissioned Jeff DeWitt Auction Co., Inc. to sell these farms which are located in Greene County and Clay County, Arkansas at public auction. These farms have excellent income and hunting potential. The owners live in Florida and would like to concentrate their assets there.

Closing costs will be divided equally between buyer and seller.   6% Buyer’s Premium will be added to last bid in order to establish selling price and is payable day of auction.
